First you must place your order online, there is no exception to this rule. Once arrived please look for signage at the store you are picking up from. There will be signage guiding you to pickup correctly. Please have your order number ready so this process is quick. Remember we will automatically remove any and all items on your order that are unavailable.
- Have your order placed. Select PICKUP during your checkout and be sure to pick the correct store, we have more than one.
- Once your order is ready to pickup we will email you letting you know it is ready. Please do not show up to pickup until it is ready. Orders are done in the order received.
- Be ready to provide your order number. Call with your order number 877-778-4695 when you are ready to pickup AT THE STORE.
- Be prepared to wait at least 10 minutes.
Keep in mind this is not a required option, we will gladly ship your order from our Dallas Domestic Fulfillment Center.
