How long does it take to receive an order? Domestic USA Only
Orders typically leave our American facilities to US domestic states within 24 hours. If you order custom printed patterns, blanks, or clothing it may delay your order. This does not include any international countries, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Virgin Islands. Those destinations may experience a longer period of time to receive. Currently, orders leaving from our American facilities are taking longer than expected due to shortages in both staff and inbound product deliveries. Please simply make your purchase and reach out to us if you are in a severe rush for certain project supplies. If you order a 30ft or 150ft of any product, you will expect to wait an extended period of time (if you contact us for an expected delivery date we will not be able to provide this).
Is Shipping Time and Processing Time the same?
CraftHTV defines shipping time as the amount of time it takes a shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, DHL, or FEDEX) to move the package from our facilities to your requested destination. CraftHTV defines processing time as the amount of time our facility takes to put all of your items into a box and make it ready for those shipping carriers.
When I placed my order my card was charged, why?
CraftHTV will hard charge your entire order at the time you purchase, regardless of shipping being completed. There is no way to avoid this process.
Does CraftHTV take any other form of payment?
CraftHTV only takes major credit cards, Affirm, Shop Pay, or Klarna as a form of payment. We do not accept PayPal, however, we do accept the PayPal Debit Mastercard which you can ask for at no cost from PayPal.
I bought a patterned product, why has my order not shipped?
Our patterns are custom printed and do not ship as quickly as unprinted vinyl. Sadly we are unable to print in advance as we are not a printing company. We do these orders to ensure they are fresh, vibrant, and ready to be used when you receive them!
How long does it take to receive an order? All International Orders
Orders can take up to 25 business days (expected) or longer. We cannot control this and is dependent on many factors including customs. CraftHTV is also not responsible for customs fees or duties, these are your responsibility.
Should I call to place an order?
We are able to take an order by phone yes, however, we prefer and will insist you do it online. This is only because you can read about the product you are purchasing and be able to spend time focusing on the colors you need, & see the actual color or material you are ordering. If you are a wholesale customer or want to order full rolls you can call in and speak with email@example.com
What do I do if I have an issue?
We prefer you email firstname.lastname@example.org this is to ensure if something goes wrong during your email communication, the owners can actually review what happens to make a decision that is incorrect. But you can call us of course, 877-77-VINYL ext 0. The best time for an answer is 11-2 pm EST Monday through Friday however we are always able to answer. Does CraftHTV ship to a different country?
Absolutely, in fact, we offer the lowest international rates anywhere in the crafting with the vinyl market. The website during the checkout process will display the shipping fee for your country. We anticipate several questions about this but you can see how much it costs on our website. If you get the error "there is no available shipping rate for your address/country" that means your box may be too heavy or that rate is unavailable.
How much does shipping cost?
We have decided to make this as simple as we can. In the United States, you pay a rate based upon your spending amount never more than $8.49 or you get free shipping when more than $50. Puerto Rico and Guam do not have a free shipping option. Canada is $15.95 for any order. We currently do not ship to any other country. What do I do if my package has been lost/stolen/damaged?
If you did purchase Route shipping insurance don't worry, Route will take care of you. You should have received an email from Route after you completed your purchase. If you can't find that email you can also contact Route via the order thank you page. If either of those options does not work for you, you can also reach out to Route via their website.
If you did not purchase Route Shipping Insurance then you will need to contact the shipping carrier and give them the tracking number. Unfortunately, they may only be able to retrieve the package or locate it if it has stalled at a facility. Damage to the package during shipping or stolen packages is not covered by their policies or ours.
